Possible 4 team trade – Lakers to get Kevin Garnett

The Lakers haven’t been on the favorable end of a lopsided trade since they got Kobe for Vlade in 1996. This will at least give the Lakers something to work with if Kobe does end up leaving the team for one reason (trade) or another (opting out). Ideally, Kobe will stay but it doesn’t hurt to have a decent exit plan. I’m also glad that the front office is doing something productive instead of running for the hills whenever Andrew Bynum’s name comes up in trade talks. He’s not going to pan out. Get rid of him while you still can, otherwise you’ll get $24 and a handful of beads for him.
