It has come to my attention that my 404 page doesn’t show up in IE, because IE has its own 404 page that it uses. I could go on a long rant about how IE sucks and how everyone should switch to Mozilla Firefox but that would be a waste of my time (and yours too but you obviously don’t give a shit about that if you’re reading this).
So here’s a direct link to the page that your browser is supposed to use for my site in case of a 404.
You’d think that an apology from me is in order, right?
Wrong!
If anything, you should be thanking me for giving you another reason to switch to Mozilla Firefox. You’re welcome.
Out of the 3 people that I asked, 2 of them said that 500 – Internal Server Error was the best one. Here’s the voting breakdown.
Andy – 403 – Forbidden (with 401 – Authorization Required in a close 2nd).
Bosun – 500 – Internal Server Error and 404 – Not Found
Kent – 500 – Internal Server Error
I’m just glad to know that Chiyo’s death wasn’t in vain.
