This is one of the many reasons why I’m still single.

All I had to do was fill out a simple RSVP for a friend’s wedding and I ended up doing this to it. I had fun while drawing it but I started to regret my actions as I was sealing the envelope. None of my friends will understand its significance and I certainly can’t be bothered to explain it to them. We were instructed to be creative, though (hence the large bubble for the response, instead of the usual Mad-Libs). And you can’t say that I didn’t try.

It’s not any particular character. Any resemblance to one is purely coincidental. My first choice was to do a Potemayo (a SHAAAA + GUNUNU hybrid) but then I wasn’t sure how you can do gradient hair with colored pencils. I messed up on the mouth (not wide enough and you have to be blind to miss the blemish in the middle) and the nose is too big but, otherwise, it gets the job done.
